Trips and Events Schedule 2012
We frequently go on trips with both individual groups or the whole nursery. As well as regular trips to the library and our allotment, trips are planned throughout the year to give our children the opportunity to see new things and experience new places. In the Owls group, the pre-schoolers often come up with ideas for trips out, and we do our best to accommodate their suggestions. Parents are always welcome to attend both trips out and in-house fun.
To ensure that the children get the most out of trips and are always happy, safe and secure, we have a ratio of one member of staff for every four children whilst out (1:3 for babies) with first aiders and equipment always on hand for any bumps and scrapes.
Throughout the year we also have lots of fun at our events inside the nursery. Celebrations for holidays such as Easter, Diwali and Christmas are held each year as well as our annual nursery fete and graduation at the end of each school year.
