Assistance with your Nursery Fees
CHILDCARE VOUCHERSIf either or both parents pay income tax and N.I. you will
be able to save money on nursery fees by making use of the childcare voucher
scheme – please ask the manager for more details. The exact amount is dependent
upon tax levels and on whether one or two parents are able to make use of the
voucher scheme.
NURSERY GRANT
Any child between the ages of 3 and 5 is eligible to receive
Nursery Grant which will reduce your monthly fees accordingly for up to 15
hours per week. The nursery will claim the grant on your behalf and deduct it
from your fees.WORKING FAMILIES TAX CREDIT
The Working Families Tax Credit provides extra help to those
parents in lower paid work with dependent children if they work a minimum of 16
hours per week. The childcare element of the Working Families Tax Credit can
pay up to 70% of the cost of registered childcare up to a maximum of £135 per
week for 1 child and £200 for 2 or more. For any enquiries on these tax credits
